My published Master’s thesis explores how poetry, through literary semiotics and mimesis, fosters multifaceted meaning-making by positioning the reader as an active, central participant in an intimate and transformative reading process. It argues for the integration of poetry into communication-focused higher education as a non-hegemonic, dialogic alternative to traditional academic structures.
My debut poetry collection explores the evocative imagery of memory and the human experience of heartache, all meshing with the grit of womanhood.
